  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions 

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add a layer of cheddar cheese, then the buffalo chicken mixture, and blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
