- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
Add a layer of cheddar cheese, then the buffalo chicken mixture, and blue cheese crumbles.
Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
