Ingredients

  • 4 slices Italian bread toasted
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve immediately.
