  • 4 slices Bread preferably Italian or French baguette
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
