Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 lb Pork shoulder boneless
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Lima beans fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the chicken breast and pork shoulder over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the corn, lima beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4. Return the chicken and pork to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Shred the meat with a fork and mix well. Serve hot.
