  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. 2. Once butter is melted, add the ham steak and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. 3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the ham steak, then add Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar.
  4. 4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, basting the ham with the glaze until it thickens.
