Brown Sugar Bubble Tea Recipe
A delicious and refreshing bubble tea made with brown sugar and tapioca pearls.

- 1 cup Tapioca pearls
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Milk
1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly.
3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Stir to coat the pearls evenly.
4. Divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two glasses.
5. Pour milk over the tapioca pearls in each glass. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
