Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 3 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the brown sugar and butter. Stir in the eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  3. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the banana mixture until just moistened. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
