Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
