- 2 slices Bread Use your favorite type
- 1 large Tomato Sliced
- 1 cup Cheese Shredded, your choice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Preheat your broiler.
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices.
