- 4 cups Broccoli Slaw
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 0.5 cup Sliced Almonds
- 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
Dressing
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
