  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
