  • 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Red onion diced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
