Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Red onion diced
- ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
