Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 pack Ramen noodles uncooked, crumbled
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Sliced almonds
  • ½ cup Chopped green onions

Dressing

  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, crumbled ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, almonds, and green onions.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Let the salad sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
