  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup Ham, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Spread the chopped broccoli, diced ham, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly in the pie crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
