- 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and spread the chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
