Main Ingredients
- 1 package Phyllo dough thawed
- 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
- ½ cup Cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup Chopped pecans optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place phyllo dough cups in a muffin tin.
Add a piece of Brie cheese to each cup.
Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm.
