Ingredients

  • 1 package Phyllo dough thawed
  • 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup Cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup Chopped pecans optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place phyllo dough cups in a muffin tin.
  3. Add a piece of Brie cheese to each cup.
  4. Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.
