  • 4 pieces Pork tenderloin pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Sandwich buns
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork tenderloin pieces until thin.
  2. 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Dredge each piece of pork in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry the breaded pork until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Place the fried pork on sandwich buns and serve hot.
