Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. 3. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. 4. Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
