Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
3. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
4. Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
