Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
