  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the breaded pork chops on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
