  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
