Bread Pudding Recipe
A classic dessert made with leftover bread, milk, eggs, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale bread works best
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Place the cubed bread into a baking dish and pour the milk mixture over the bread. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
