Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 cups onions, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add cucumbers and onions to the pot. Stir well.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. 4. Transfer pickles to mason jars and refrigerate. Let sit for at least 24 hours before serving.
