Boudin Balls Recipe
A delicious appetizer made from boudin sausage, breaded and fried to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Boudin Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled boudin sausage and Cajun seasoning.
Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
