  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the spices, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
