  • 4 cups Red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped red bell peppers and cherry peppers. Cook until soft.
  4. 4. Add salt and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  6. 6. Let it cool and store in a jar.
