Ingredients

  • 1 pound bologna, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a food processor, chop the bologna until finely ground.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground bologna, mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, onion, and celery.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve on bread or crackers.
