A quick and easy bologna salad sandwich spread.

- 1 pound bologna, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor, chop the bologna until finely ground.
In a large bowl, combine the ground bologna, mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, onion, and celery.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve on bread or crackers.
