Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
5. Poke a hole in the center of each ball and stretch to form a bagel shape.
6. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil each bagel for 1-2 minutes on each side.
7. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place boiled bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
