Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting into bars.
