  • 4 pcs Roma tomatoes quartered
  • 1 pcs Jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 pcs Small onion quartered
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 pcs Lime juiced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth or to desired consistency.
  3. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
