Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Salsa
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and salsa.
4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
5. Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the rice mixture, black beans, and shredded cheese onto each tortilla.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
