Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and salsa.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the rice mixture, black beans, and shredded cheese onto each tortilla.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
