  • ½ cup Cold butter cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in milk just until the dough comes together.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently 8-10 times.
  6. Roll out to ½ inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
