Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in milk to form a dough.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Brush melted butter over the dough.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the buttered dough.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 1-inch slices.
Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
