Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Sauerkraut
  • 500 g Pork Shoulder cut into cubes
  • 300 g Kielbasa sliced
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the pork shoulder over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the sauerkraut, kielbasa, tomato paste, red wine, and beef broth.
  4. 4. Add bay leaves, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  6. 6. Remove bay leaves before serving.
