Ingredients 

Meringue

  • 4 large Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch

Topping

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries fresh

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue to beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch.
  4. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a circle with a slight indentation in the center.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely in the oven.
  6. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
