Instructions
1. In a fondue pot, heat the beer over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
2. Toss the shredded cheese with the flour in a bowl.
3. Gradually add the cheese to the simmering beer, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and smooth.
4. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Keep the fondue warm over low heat and serve with bread cubes, pretzels, or vegetables for dipping.
