Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken about 4 pounds
  • 1 can Beer 12 oz can
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Open the beer can and drink half, then place the can inside the chicken cavity.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill, balancing it on the beer can.
  6. Grill for 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Carefully remove the chicken from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
