Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 12 oz Beer Room temperature
  • ¼ cup Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Slowly pour in the beer and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Pour melted butter over the top of the batter.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
