  • 2 large Onions sliced into rings
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Beer any kind
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, beer, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip onion rings into the batter, then carefully place into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
