- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 cup Beer cold
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Gradually add the beer, whisking until smooth.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Dip each chicken breast into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
5. Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
