  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Beer cold
  • 1 jar Dill pickles sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for frying Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Gradually whisk in the cold beer until the batter is smooth.
  4. Dip the pickle slices into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Carefully place the battered pickles into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove the pickles with tongs and drain on paper towels.
