Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 package Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  3. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until the filling is cooked through.
  4. Optional: Pan-fry the steamed dumplings in a skillet with a bit of oil until the bottoms are golden brown.
