  • 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add beef pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Thread beef onto skewers.
  4. 4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
