- 1 lb beef tips
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add beef tips, cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour in beef broth, season with salt and pepper.
5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes until beef is tender.
