Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Return beef tips to the skillet. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes, or until beef is tender.
  4. 4. While the beef is cooking, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Stir sour cream into the beef mixture and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve beef tips over egg noodles.
