Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
