Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the beef skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
