Beef on Weck Recipe
A classic sandwich from Buffalo, NY, featuring roast beef on a kummelweck roll.

- 2 lbs Roast Beef thinly sliced
- 4 Kummelweck Rolls
- 1 cup Beef Au Jus
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place roast beef in a roasting pan and heat in the oven for about 1 hour.
Slice the kummelweck rolls in half and spread horseradish on the bottom halves.
Dip the top halves of the rolls in the beef au jus.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing the heated roast beef on the bottom halves of the rolls and topping with the dipped top halves.
