Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef chuck cut into cubes
  • 8 cups Beef broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 200 g Egg noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, carrots, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  4. 4. Add the egg noodles and cook for another 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
