Enchilada sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to packet instructions.
Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
