Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Enchilada sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to packet instructions.
  4. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
