- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 12 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Oil for Frying
1. In a frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, minced garlic, soy sauce, and minced ginger to the pan. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
